By default your account has a spam filter and greylisting turned ON.  To disable these see below.  The spam filter automatically moves certain emails to junk and greylisting delays arrival of suspicious emails (that don't meet the spam threshold).

Log into your Dashboard > Click on Log in to cPanel > Click on Spam Filters (see image below)

Log into your Dashboard > Click on Log in to cPanel > Click on Configure Greylisting (see image below)
